style must be involved.

style must be involved.

A friend of mine who used to produce music has a phrase he lives by: “Swag must be involved.” It didn’t matter if he was tweaking a beat, setting up his studio, or just choosing an outfit. His point was simple.

Whatever you do, don’t forget the style.

That stuck with me. Not just in looks or fashion, but in how I approach work, design, and even the little details of daily life. Because aesthetics matter. They shape how we feel in a space, how we connect to our tools, and how much energy we bring to the task at hand.

A well-designed notebook makes me want to write. A clean workspace makes me want to focus. A video with a touch of visual polish makes the ideas land harder. Function is necessary. But style is what makes it inspiring.

It’s not about extravagance or luxury. It’s about caring enough to make something not only useful, but beautiful.

This Week’s Prompt:

Where in your life could you add a touch of style, not because you have to, but because it makes the process more joyful?

Style must be involved. Always.

See you next Sunday,
